For outstanding warranties, we can generate up-to-date weekly WIP reports, keeping you informed and in control. Our team can also manage supporting documentation for claims that may not be in the system, ensuring a seamless process.

We are well-versed in various dealer management systems, including UCS/Reynolds and Reynolds, ADP/CDK, PBS, Dealertrack, Automate, Autosoft, and Arkona. Once provided with access to your DMS, we handle claim submissions to manufacturers efficiently. With extensive experience working with manufacturers such as Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Ram, Mitsubishi, Honda, Kia, Lincoln, Dodge, and GMC, we are well-equipped to serve your needs. Should the need arise, we are also open to learning and adapting to new manufacturers.

We process all claims within 24 hours upon receipt, regardless of the form they are submitted in—fax, email, or overnight delivery through a carrier of your choice. We understand the importance of minimizing the time documentation spends away from the dealership, so we return the documents overnight once the claims have been paid. Additionally, we offer fill-in warranty administration services for regular employees who may be absent due to sickness, vacation, maternity leave, and other reasons.
